Pieta Table Base: The Pieta is our most popular vintage-style base, crafted from durable cast iron with a long-lasting powder-coat finish. Designed to support stone or other heavy tabletops from 18″ to 30″, it offers exceptional stability and strength. These bases have a zinc-plating beneath the durable powder coat finish that prevents rust and corrosion. Its rugged construction makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, delivering timeless style and reliable performance in any setting. It is available in two heights: dining height or bar height. All of our table bases feature a unique anti-rotation locking device on the base bottom and top plate that prevents the column from loosening or turning. These pedestal bases are solid cast iron and therefore can support the heaviest of natural quartz or granite tops.
