Payment terms are as follows: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate an order. The deposit serves to cover initial material and labor costs as well as to reserve inventory for the customer. Final payment is due prior to shipment. Final payment must be received within 60 days of the initial deposit unless otherwise specified in the original purchase order. If final payment is not received within the agreed to time then the deposit is forfeit. FOB Spartanburg, SC.

Returns will be accepted at the sole discretioin of Cafe Tables. Returns without a Cafe Tables Return Authorization number will be refused. Return authorization numbers must be requested within 15 days of the the customer's receipt of the product. All returns will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee is variable and is a function of the product. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping must be reported within 15 days of receipt of product. Cafe Tables can not file claims after 15 days and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
